We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Office Coordinator who will report to and work directly with the Office Coordinator to lead a team of 2-5 full-time and part-time office staff.

Preferred Experience:

 

  • Scheduling customers/jobs in service industry
  • Human Resources on-boarding experience 
  • Associates degree preferred 
  • Experience supervising administrative team of 3 or more
  • Goal oriented 
  • Strong desire to succeed

 


Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Help manage tasks and communication with the Office Coordinator
  • Employee training and supervision
  • Coach and counsel office staff
  • Responsible for inbound and outbound calls to schedule jobs
  • Create and complete work orders and invoices
  • Organize and submit on-boarding paperwork 
  • Assist with special projects/tasks
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards
  • Resolves problems/challenges throughout the high-paced workday
