B2B Salesperson


The B2B Salesperson will be responsible for two areas of sales: Condo/Property Management and Commercial Businesses. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer relationship management.


Compensation Salary Plus Commissions:

  • Hourly Rate for First 90 Days: $24/hour
  • Base salary (after initial 90 days): $45,000-$60,000
  • Commissions: estimating first year $15,000-$40,000
  • Residual commissions on reoccurring work would likely increase commissions 25-75% the following year or two.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent account management skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Strong business development skills with a focus on lead generation and closing deals.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients.
  • Must have strong computer skills and be detail-oriented especially for reviewing and emailing proposals.
  • Must have a high level of organization with strong follow up skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in leadership meetings, educational development and attend networking/exhibitor events.
  • Call center experience is helpful.


Tasks, Duties, Responsibilities (TDR’s):

  • Responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with prospect and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Generate a daily/weekly list of prospects to contact by data mining for condo associations, apartments or commercial businesses in targeted geographical areas.
  • Conduct numerous cold calls.
  • Communicate with prospect clients to determine service needs and inform customers on the various services available (upselling).
  • Gathers details and compiles the proper information for the estimator to quote.
  • Send quotes/proposals to clients.
  • Follow up on prospect clients and proposals sent.
  • Utilize CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing accounts.
