Job Summary: The Inside and Outside Sales Representative will be instrumental in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer relationship management. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering outstanding service and quality workmanship.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new clients to drive sales growth.
• Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize business opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls and lead generation activities to identify potential customers.
• Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales of additional services.
• Provide accurate quotes and proposals to clients based on their specific needs.
• Collaborate with the office staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing accounts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outside sales or a related field with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent account management skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Strong business development skills with a focus on lead generation and closing deals.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
