A 22-year-old Field Services business in Oakland County is looking for a General Manager to oversee and manage day to day operations of the company and lead us in our growth and continued success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Efficiently run day to day operations
• Continue growing and nurturing both our labor team and management team
• Work closely with the CEO to learn our business, continue our profitability and competitiveness in our market, help drive organizational vision and strategy, and hiring needs
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Continue with the strong company focus on customer service
• Maintain facilities and equipment
Ideal Experience:
• 5+ years of crew management in field services or related field
• Working knowledge of Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing
• Demonstrated skill in goal setting, planning, executing company strategies
• Strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills
• Strong ability to self-motivate
• Interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service standards
