We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to source, recruit, interview, and recommend qualified job candidates to achieve staffing objectives and ensure adequate staff levels at all times.

Job Title: Staffing Coordinator
Department: Office
Reports To: General Manager
Classification: Non‐exempt
Pay Range: $15.00‐$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Collaborate with department managers to determine job requirements
 Create, post, and monitor job ads that attract qualified candidates
 Utilize a variety of sources for job ads, including job boards and social media
 Search job websites for potential candidates and reach out to candidates
 Review and analyze resumes and applications
 Schedule and conduct detailed phone screens
 Schedule face to face interviews for the business leadership team
 Manage a phone line designated for recruiting purposes
 Visit and post job ads at local colleges and high schools
 Organize and attend recruiting events
 Meet high volume staffing demands during peak season activity
 Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times

Eligibility Requirements:
 Previous recruiting and hiring experience preferred
 Ability to multi‐task and work in a fast‐paced environment
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Ability to work with a sense of urgency and efficiency
 Strong attention to detail
 Basic knowledge of employment law and regulations
 Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)

 Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
 Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch
 Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
