Job Title: Sales Leader

Job Summary: The focus of the Sales Leader/Manager is to first implement and manage strategies to maximize total revenue of G&S Property Services. Second, implement tactics to take advantage of demand for all segments (Property Management and Commercial) of sales areas while working in conjunction with the General Manager to analyze current and future forecasts. Third, model and encourage behavior consistent with the core values of G&S Property Services.

The Sales Leader will be responsible for two areas of sales that are Condo/Property Managers and Commercial.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


· Responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with clients.

· Communicate with prospects to determine service needs and inform customers on the various services available (upselling).

· Gathers details and compiles the proper information for the estimator to quote.

· Hire, train, and develop a team of Sales professionals by first doing the work yourself and helping your team to do the same.

· Ability to work independently.

· Ability to meet goals.

· Ability to network and develop relationships for our commercial growth.

· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Have knowledge and understanding of our services.

· Have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:


· Participate in leadership meetings and educational development.

· Must be an excellent and effective communicator.

· Must have good computer skills and be detail-oriented especially for reviewing and emailing proposals.

· Must have excellent phone/marketing skills, making warm/cold calls, maintaining relationships and follow ups.
